Jack Daniel's

Ah, another gem from Goodwill. I think this is the coolest shirt and makes me look way edgier than I actually am. It was a men's XL which is really not quite my size at all but now I can wear its as a dress. Which I might do way too often... it's fine. I just got this jean jacket from Forever 21 because it was on sale for $14 and I could never pass up a nice deal like that. Jean jackets work with about everything so that's nice. Great for layering. And surprise surprise docs and thigh highs. I could live forever in that combo.

Downtown in Plaid

As I have mentioned before, I love plaid right now. I found these pants at Forever 21, who also happen to have a lot of other plaid styles I like that are cheap. I kept it simple and casual with a plain black cami and jean jacket. This is the perfect everyday outfit for class, shopping, coffee, or lunch date. I also changed the look up with a cropped white tank top. There are so many possibilities to pair with these pants because their coloring is black and white.

Fur Vest? Fur Sure

You can never go wrong with fur vests in fall. They're the perfect layering item. I'd say they're a must have for sure and even if it's really nappy and ugly don't be afraid. It's gives it something like a boho, carefree vibe. My favorite color for them is cream, like I'm wearing here.

Also, denim dresses are the best. Urban Outfitters had exactly what I was looking for as usual. They're great worn by themself or paired with a vest or cardigan. Mine's a little baggy because I like it like that, but it's also cute belted for a more fitted look. When the weather gets cool this would also be perfect with knee high socks or boots, ugh.

I recently got to work with an AMAZING photographer, Elizabeth Carrie! These are some of my favorites from the shoot. She made me look pretty good.

Collared shirts and Sweaters

Who doesn't like layers in fall? I like layers in fall. A collared shirt paired with a sweater is always my go to. It can be preppy but when paired with super distressed jeans, a utility jacket, and some Jeffreys, it tones it down. This sweater is especially my favorite because it can be worn so many different ways. Sometimes I turn it around and wear the cropped part frontwards with a dress.

I also layered two chunky necklaces of different metals with each other. That's different. Sometimes you can't decide, so just wear both, you know? They compliment each other well and the color scheme pulls the rest of the outfit together.

I was getting sad that it's cold out now and I couldn't wear my super cute Jeffrey Campbell cutout ankle boots. But then I paired them with warm socks and everything's fine. It transitions them from summer to fall perfectly.
