Adidas slides: for when you're sporty and mostly when you're not.

Ugh, I'm obsessed with these sandals, they were such a good purchase. I remember when I had them back when I played soccer. Now I just have them to look cool. So sports luxe minimal. And is anyone else into the super frayed hem denim look? I ammmm. These jeans from Uniqlo were a lot long so I just chopped them right off with scissors. I love the little stringy detail that's happening now but I'm about to fray them like crazy.

Also, Happy Easter! My pastel pink quilted jacket was festive enough.

Spring Break

A skirt! And fun colors! Spring is so close thank goodness. I'm a happy gal bc my spring/summer wardrobe is so much cooler. I'm starting it off with this rad off the shoulder striped top from Urban Outfitters I just got. How cute? I treated myself to a few new items because I deserve it :) You should too!

Love that I was able to spend the day hangin' around downtown and eating some good food with a good pal. Never a bad time.

The sun was out and it felt warm!! I will live another day!

Spring break is in a week and I'm super excited. I'm not even going anywhere but I'm just going to post a lot of cool pictures and act like I'm somewhere cool having fun because you can do that with social media. But I'm also excited because I have plans to shoot lots of fun spring looks with a few new photographer friends! Stay tuned stay tuned. As far as this outfit goes, I'm hoping it's one of the last times I have to wear pants. But if I do have to wear pants, these super ripped up black jeans are always a fav. Everyone probably knows these lace up type shirts are in right now. Pair it with the ripped jeans and add a vintage denim jacket and you're set.

Knitty Gritty

I cannot hold out much longer with these winter months, I really can't. Pants are getting so annoying. All I can think about are cool spring/summer outfits I wanna wear :/ So I'm not sure if it was my laziness, coldness, or tiredness that caused this knit on knit groutfit but it happened. I always kinda try and make things that people usually wouldn't think work together actually work and look cool. I think this worked, and it's different, which I like.

Also note this layering technique of a flowy top under sweaters or sweatshirts. It works every time.

New Neutral

When the lighting in the parking garage stairwell is unexpectedly divine and when you throw together all the neutrals from your closet in one outfit. Both good things.

 I just got this sweater from Urban Outfitters bc 30% off sweaters right now (shop the sale here until Monday) and nothing makes more sense than a cropped turtleneck. Right. It gave the perfect opportunity for high-waisted jeans and a cozy cardigan to layer though. I love it.

Faux Fur Edit

Snowy cold weather completely ruins my vibe, shoes, aesthetic, skin, life, everything. I'm the absolute worst sport about it. I just came up with this cool layering combo of a fur coat over a sweatshirt though so that's a plus. Casual yet dressy. It kept me pretty toasty too. All black is always a go to and I loved the addition of a little maroon this time.
